Lot's of great news from the Gold Coast.

  • Conor Ferguson has made it through to the semi finals of the 50m backstroke.
  • David Thompson recorded a split time of 48.64 in the 4 x 100m free relay

Some superb interviews on the BBC website showing these swimmers are not only flying the flag in the pool, but also are ambassadors for club, country and the sport of swimming. Coaches Paul Dennis and Andrew Reid clearly getting the job done. Let's Go Bangor!
