Our swimmers to keep an eye on today are Emma Henderson who has been in great form this meet with a Silver medal yesterday to add to the bronze from day 1; she’s up first in the 400m IM with the 3rd fastest seed time and the 100m Freestyle. Jordan Sloan will be looking to add to his Gold yesterday with the second fastest seed time in the 100m Backstroke at 10.08am. Curtis Coulter has already been crowned Ulster Champion in the 50 Free and he has the fastest seed time in the 100m Free with his heat set to start at 10.56am this morning.
