Catching up with head coach Paul Dennis on the Swansea meet, we reflected on the early season success of Jack McMillan breaking 2 national junior records, the 400m free, and also his own 200m free record (1:50.66) which he set recently at the Commonwealth Youth Games. Paul was in buoyant mood following the meet, commending all members of the travelling squad and quipped “There’s a lot more to come”. Looking forward to seeing Bangor’s next outing!!
