Well done to all our swimmers who competed in the War memorial Gala last night. We have seen some amazing swimming in the early part of the season. It appears (subject to confirmation from Swim Ireland) that we also broke another national record, with the first 4 swimmers in the 300m (6x50m) freestyle mens event breaking the national record for the 4x50m Club Team freestyle relay. Bangor also took 1st place in the mens 200m medley relay, and 2nd in the 12&U boys 200m freestyle relay. Fourteen Bangor Squads made the finals in 9 of the 10 events, which is a great overall showing for the club. Let’s Go Bangor!!
