Bangor Swimming Club ran out worthy winners last night in the St Patrick’s Day AquaSprint fixture against Templemore, 264 points to 136.
The second fixture of the Forest Feast AquaSprint calendar was an enjoyable experience for all. Templemore were fabulous hosts and the competition was exciting with a friendly atmosphere and lots of team spirit.
Our 2009/2008 swimmers were in fine form, showing fabulous PBs and really getting into the racing spirit. Racing starts have improved tremendously and these kids are really enjoying racing their teammates as well as the opposition!
Our 2007/2006 age groups showing great potential, times dropping recording many PBs and keeping the score line healthy.
Next stop is a home fixture v’s Lisburn on April 14th so save the date. Keep focused, keep smiling and keep up your attendance at training – we need you fit and fabulous in order to make the final!!! Well done team Bangor!
