Age Group 2
BSC Age Group 2 is a competitive swimming squad; as such Age Group 2 follow a year long training plan that aims to get them to the following level:
- Achieve 5 Swim Ulster 11 year old A Grade qualifying times in competitive events of 100m or over including one 400 meter freestyle and one 100 meter Medley.
The training plan is split into 6 week rotations which are designed around a swimmer attending 4 training session per week. These are currently:
- Sunday at 18:00 to 19:45
- Tuesday at 18:30 to 19:30
- Thursday at 16:00 to 17:00
- Saturday at 6:00 to 8:00
